Hello everyone!
We wanted to take the time to introduce ourselves. We’re Tea & TV, a podcast for tv addicts. Every other Thursday, we will discuss and gush about our favorite tv shows, in addition to the occasional movie, book, or other form of media that captures our interest. Every episode, which will be posted here on our website, will include lists of teas we’re drinking, articles we’re reading, music we’re listening to, and video clips we’re watching.
The first tv show we’ll be covering is the first season of Freeform’s The Bold Type. A show that has deeply resonated with us, The Bold Type is about three millennial, mid-twenty-year-old women who work for a fashion magazine in New York City. We will be exploring topics and themes such as feminism, sexuality, technology, and the importance of female empowerment, mentorship, and friendship during our ten episode review. If The Bold Type isn’t your jam, don’t forget us just yet. We have a long list of shows that cover a wide range of genres we’re excited to dive into starting around May 2018, and we’re always open to suggestions.
